Denial of Service Attack policy with NVHServer
Due to the nature of shared domain hosting, where server resources are shared among many clients, any domains which face fierce and/or recurring denial of service attacks, will be given the option of purchasing a ddos solution from NVHServer. This is completely necessary to provide uninterrupted service to all clients on shared servers
Customers with recurring denial of service attacks and without a budget for a ddos protection solution may face service disconnection or termination without refund.
